Sr: I just wanted to say thank you (for copying me); it really helps me stay up to date on everything.
Jr: You are welcome. I’m doing what I can to keep you informed. It is helping to know that you are aren’t stressing out as much lately. Each day things are getting better for us and the company. I really think the meetings are helping.
Sr: I know my old school ways get in the way sometimes, but one thing is for sure: I’ve learned that if I can be patient enough to give you a chance to show me a different way, it can also be an improvement. I think the meetings are a great stress-reliever for me and are becoming something to look forward to rather than something to dread. Thank you for the suggestion and your part in putting them together.
