It is said that the past is the past. Some say that one does not need to reflect on the past in order to be a better, more-learned person. Those that say that have probably not taken into account that we don’t really learn from the future; we only really learn from what we have done and what we are doing. I think it is a shame when we don’t learn from what we have done or what we are doing. In some bizarre way I think it’s selfish when we only use life in the present. It is like we are just expending life instead of getting the most out of it….
