I don’t understand the logic in using falseness to defend one’s trueness
The Back Story – Many times how I react to something leads to statements like this. And while I definitely see the value in this statement, I am again guilty of not applying it to myself before I put my burden on someone else. It’s very eye-opening to realize that I was the one defending my trueness with falseness back then because the true me is vulnerable — and I wasn’t being vulnerable when I reacted with this.
